The Little Fat Indian BBQ Company wants your event to be a success and the best way to achieve this is to formulate a strong, honest and open relationship with you, where communication is clear and expectations from both sides are understood from the outset.

 

QUOTATION

The Little Fat Indian BBQ Company will provide you with an individual written quotation that will remain valid for your particular event date.  In the instance that the event brief alters, it may be necessary to review and reissue the quotation.   Quotations will be valid for 3 months from the date of quotation.

 

BOOKING CONFIRMATION

Confirmation of any event will be taken as acceptance of The Little Fat Indian BBQ Company's Terms and Conditions.  A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your function date.  Deposit refunds remain at the discretion of The Little Fat Indian BBQ Company.   Payment balance will be due in clear funds on or prior to the booking date.

Provisional booking dates will only be held for a maximum of 2 weeks.

For bookings withing a 30 day period, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required

 

FORCE MAJEURE

The Little Fat Indian BBQ Company will provide the services and/or equipment specified on the booking agreement provided to the client.  Failure to provide the services contracted as a result of circumstances beyond The Little Fat Indian BBQ Company's control will not render it liable,  The Company reserves the right to pass on any additionl costs due to unforeseen demand, restrictions, or requirements to fulfill the contract.

 

Cancellation

All cancellations must be made by telephone, in the first instance and then confirmed in writing or by email. The Event will only be cancelled when the Client is receipt of a Cancellation Acceptance from The Little Fat Indian BBQ Company, which will either be a written letter or an email from The Little Fat Indian BBQ Company.

 

In the event of a client cancellation, the following charges will apply:

Notice given more than 30 days prior to the event - Loss of Deposit

Notice given 14 - 29 days prior to the event -Loss of Depoit & 50% of the remaining balance

Notice given less than 14 days prior to the event - 100% of the remainng balance

 

LIABILITY

The Little Fat Indian BBQ Company confirms sufficient Public Liability Insurance for events of the nature of the booking.  A copy of the certificate (or scanned PDF image) is available upon request.

The Little Fat Indian BBQ Compay follows strict HACCP guidelines for all food production, handling, storage and distribution and dealings with our clients and their guests.  Our policy, based on these guidelines, resticts the service of foodstuffs to a maximum of four hours after being removed from refrigeration. The Little Fat Indian BBQ Company advise that all food must be consumed after two hours of initial serving, therefore any food consumed after two or more hours of it first being served is at the clients discretion and therefore becomes their responsibility.

Where The Little Fat Indian BBQ Company use third party facilities, they will be thoroughly reviewed prior to the Event but if they are deemed to be unusable on the Event Date then The Little Fat Indian BBQ Company will accept no liability for cancellation of the Event.
